To update audio file tags

Use the 'Write to Tag' function to write data from the database to audio file tags.

1.Activate either the Album or the Track View.
2.Choose Write to Tag from the Audio menu.
 
You see the 'Write to Tag' window.
3.Select whether you want to update all albums/tracks, the subset (marked records) or the selected records in the browse list.
4.To only write data to the audio file tag if you have edited the track since you last updated the tag, check the Compare dates box.
5.Click OK.

You can update a specific album from the 'Album Edit' window, or a specific track from the 'Track Edit' window.

CATraxx can automatically update the audio file tag(s) when you edit an album or a track. To activate this feature, choose Audio->Audio File Options and check the Auto-update tag option on the Tags tab.
