Stamp View
From the Stamp View you add and edit your stamps. You can use
filters to only display specific stamps (for example only
stamps that are for sale, or stamps from a specific country). |

Stamp Edit window
This is the Stamp Edit window where you enter information
about your stamps.
StampCAT has a comprehensive set of data fields, enabling you to register information as detailed as
you want: country, catalog number, face value, date of
issue, design, topic, color, perforation, condition,
watermark, postmark (type, city and date), purchase date,
location, price, market value, quantity, your own notes, and more. |

Lookup View
(Catalog)
From the Lookup View you edit data in the various lookup tables
(Catalog, Category, Country, Keyword, etc.). StampCAT uses a
relational database model. StampCAT automatically creates a link
between the stamp and the entry in the lookup table. When you edit
the lookup table, for example, to fix a typing error, the change
will be reflected in all fields that are linked to the lookup
table. |

Explorer View
The Explorer View allows you can easily search/browse your database
in a familiar browser interface.
From the home page you can search by various fields, including
country, design, and topic, and browse your database by
category, color, country and topic. |

Form Designer
Use the Form Designer to redesign the field layout in all data entry
windows! |

Report Designer
StampCAT allows you to create your own reports with exactly the
layout you want, or you can use one of the more than 50 pre-defined
reports.
You have full control of data fields, groups, sort order, columns,
fonts, colors, paper size, margins and print orientation.

Database Setup window
From the Database Setup window you can customize the tables
and fields: Change field names, set default values, hide fields you
don’t need, etc. |

Statistics window
Use the statistics module to get statistical information about
your collection. |

HTML Export
window
You can easily export data to a set of HTML pages you can upload to
any web site. |
