| 1. | Make sure the correct lookup view is active (choose Lookup View from the View menu, or click Lookup View in the view bar, then select the desired lookup table from the drop-down list on the toolbar). |
| 2. | From the list, locate the lookup entry you want to delete. |
| 3. | Choose Delete / Current from the Lookup menu (or simply press Ctrl + D). Note: If you have selected more than one lookup entry, instead choose Delete / Selection to delete these entries. Confirm by clicking Yes. StampCAT deletes the selected lookup entry. |
If you want to delete unused lookup entries, choose Show Unused Records from the Lookup menu (this will mark the unused lookup entries), review the list and unmark any entries you don't want to delete, then choose Delete / Subset from the Lookup menu to delete the marked entries.
