To add a new lookup entry

1.Make sure the correct lookup view is active (choose Lookup View from the View menu, or click Lookup View in the view bar, then select the desired lookup table from the drop-down list on the toolbar).
2.Choose Add from the Lookup menu.
 
StampCAT activates the data entry window.
3.Fill in as much information as you want.
4.Click OK to close the window.

You can also add a new lookup entry to a lookup table from the 'Stamp Edit' window: Simply right-click the data field, for example Country or Catalog, and choose Add from the popup menu.
