| 1. | Choose Export / XML from the File menu. You see the 'Export to XML' window. |
| 2. | Specify the name of the XML file in the XML Filename text box. |
| 3. | Select the data fields you want to export. Note: Only select the fields you actually need. If you select all fields, the XML document may take a long time to generate. |
| 4. | If you want to save the export definition so that you can reuse it later, choose Save from the File menu. |
| 5. | To start the export process, click the Export button  . |
