Under Windows Vista you can not have your data files located in the "Program Files" folder (unless you run the program "as an administrator").

You need to move all data folders/files from the "C:\Program Files\SoftCAT Plus" folder to the "C:\Users\Public\Documents\SoftCAT Plus" folder (this is the default data folder where the setup program copies all data files).

Move the following folders and files:

\Data

\Database Templates

\Explorer Templates

\HTML Export

\iPod Export

\Reports

\Search

ReportMenu.dat

SitesMenu.dat
