Entry screens not iupdated

Entry screens not iupdated

I upgraded to version 5 and am currently on 5.13 - using windows 7 64-bit.I made a new database today and realised that the entry screens were very different - in the upgrading my older database files have not been updated.
How do I get all the my older files with the updated screen and features?I have a feeling that I missed something when I did the original 5 upgrade!!

To reset all data entry layouts, choose Database Setup from the Tools menu, then click the drop-down button next to the Form Designer button and choose "Reset All Layouts".
