Post Problem when extracting images

I am trying to extract the images from my database (Tools -> Database Maintenance -> Extract images) but I am getting the following error message:

Catraxx DAORecordset.SetCollect failed
"O campo é muito pequeno para aceitar a quantidade de dados que você tentou adicionar. Tente inserir ou colar menos dados"

the Portuguese message means:

"The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data"

Any tips? The error occurred both in version 9.3 and 9.31

Don't see how that could happen. If you choose Tools=>Option=>Multimedia, and click the 'Images/Filename setup' button, is 'Folder format' set to "\%artist_sort%\" and 'Filename format' set to "%artist_sort% - %title%{_%imageindex%}"?

Yes, both fields are set exactly the way you wrote:

Folder format: \%artist_sort%\
Filename format: %artist_sort% - %title%{_%imageindex%}

An additional information which I don't know if is relevant or not: I already extracted the images from the database in the past and it worked well. I added some more images and albums to the database (the Catraxx message box asks me if I want to extract 1644 images) and now I have this error message.

Don't think it will help, but try to run Tools=>Repair Database first.

How big is the database file? Can you send it to support@fnprg.com via http://www.filemail.com ?

I am sending the database now. It will take some time to upload the file because its size is 677 MB.

After trying to send the database for 5 times and having to reinitiate the process in the middle because the connection was broken, I split the database in 6 parts. I'll try to send the parts now ...
