 Editing html export
Hi everyone. I'm trying to edit the html export, but with no success. I'll try to explain what i want: Let's say i have a site with a top, 2 side regions and 1 central. I would like the html export to export the data into the central one but keeping the rest. Maybe a pictur is best?:

 Re: Editing html export
Maybe use an inline frame and load the index.html page generated by BookCAT into this frame?

 Re: Editing html export
First of all thanks for the sugestion, but that would emply enourmous trouble, because the idea is that every page created by Bookcat as the same apearence, so to do as you say I would have to edit every single page, and with every new book added i would have to make a new page with the central element linking to the page created for the specific book. I want to bookcat when exporting already as all of the appearence and not just the original (and extremly plain) one. but I don´t know how to edit the export appearence

 Re: Editing html export
No, you would only have to load the "index" page generated by BookCAT into this frame. The only way to do this is create a "code based" export setup, and manually code the desired layout (but this require knowledge of both html and xlst).

 Re: Editing html export
Hi everyone. I am trying to accomplish the same goal of editing the html export template before it is generated. Could someone point me in the direction of where I can locate the two templates? File names, etc. Thanks.

 Re: Editing html export
You will have to click the Clone button and select "Clone - Create Code Based". This will create a set of xsl templates in the "Export\HTML" folder which you then can edit.

 Re: Editing html export
Thanks for the quick reply.
I followed your steps and now I am getting an error message when I test the export. The file is in the folder though. I have attached a screenshot of the error message for your review. Thank you so much for helping me.

 Re: Editing html export
I cannot reproduce this here. Are you using version 10.02?
