Fredrik

I was checking out the View History - it says it will update the Last Viewed. I cannot find this date field. Found the View Count. All fields are in use at the moment.

It should be in the Library group. Can you find it if you open the sample database?

I have all fields in use. Now, I did check Tools/Database Setup and it shows the field is in use. Rechecked all date fields in case I had changed it for something else. All is in order. I moved things around in case it was behind another field. No luck finding it.

I am not sure where that field is. It is not in the Sample database either.

What happens if you type "Last Viewed" in the text box above the field list in the Select Field window? Where are you trying to add the field? In the Contents View browse list?

When I enter into Form Designer, then Insert Field, I do not get that box in your message. I get an Insert Field box. Obviously I am not doing the right thing.

I am trying to add it to Contents as View History is there. If it should be in Videos, that is fine too.

Right, that explains it. You simply cannot add this field to the data entry window. You need to enter the date(s) in the View History field. You can add the Last Viewed field to the browse list, in reports and search/filter/group on the field.

Mystery solved. Thanks.
