P.S. - for some reason I'm just now noticing this, but how did some of us old-timers join the forum before you?!?

Originally the forum was hosted by EzBoard. In Nov 2002 the whole forum was moved to this site. This is the reason why some user accounts have an earlier join date than the admin account.

Post Re: CATVids v9.01.01

FYI, the setup file (not an update patch) for the final version of CATVIDS v8 (8.23.03) causes the same two errors -- Missing Internet.dll (fixed when the program runs the update for a web search) AND the one on the missing VideoBrowse.xsl template. Luckily, I still had a copy of an old v8 setup file that I installed then ran the last v8 setup file. I still got the missing file errors but fixed the VideoBrowse.xsl error by updating the pointer to the Explorer Templates folder via the Tools menu.

I recommend you take a look at the last v8 setup file and correct it for other users that may be happy with the last version's feature set.

Thanks. Ron

I have tested the setup for v8.23.03, and VideoBrowse.xsl is included, and is installed.
