3.12 Issue - WinZip

Since the change to 3.12 (using the file version as opposed to the product version), WinZip 11 now reports as version 22.0.7466.0 instead of 11.1.7466.

It might be a good idea to allow the user to select which version info to use (leave the default of file version, but allow the user to specify specific applications to use the product version instead).

I think we're going to leave it the way it is. The file version is generally the most correct.
