OK, Dan, I'm back....
Please follow these steps:
Report >
Report Designer >
File >
Open Locate your Report ( it's in the "
Album" folder and it's named "
Cover.rpt"
Now you have to
Save it with a
New name and in a
different folder so you won't overwrite it when updating CATraxx..
File >
Save AsGo
UP one folder level so you are in the main "
Reports" folder
CREATE a new folder: Right-click > New > Folder or press the "Create New Folder" button
Name you folder, in example "
X-Custom Reports" and enter it: the "
X-" in front will be useful to display this folder at the bottom of your Reports' List.
You still have "Cover.rpt" displaying in the Filename field, so simply RENAME it say "
Cover+Reviews.rpt" and press the "
Save" button.
Now you are again in the Report Designer and you can see in the higher Status Bar that you are working in your new "
Cover+Reviews" report...
Now you have to modify the original Report...
Click on the "
Album.Tracks" box in the "
Detail" band and then press
CTRL+Del : it disappears, correct ?
Now...
TIP : passing the mouse on the buttons' icons let you see their names and "suppose" their functions, like in Windows standards...
Press the "
DBField" button, it's immediately at right of the "Abc" text button and then click WHERE YOU DELETED THE PREVIOUS "
Album.Tracks" box
It appears the "
Choose Fields" selection window: locate and select the "
Album.Memo.Reviews" field.
Move and resize it to fit all the available free space by dragging the Black square points.
Now, since the Review field does not have a fixed lenght ( you can have long or short Reviews ), you must tell CATraxx to allow printing the complete text anyway without cutting it, so
Right-click the new box you just resized, choose "
Properties" from the appearing menu,
FLAG the "
Stretch " check box and finally press
OK.
You're done. Try to see if it works fine by pressing the standard
Preview button ( white paper sheet & lens )..
TIP : if you hold down CTRL while you press the Preview button, you preview / print ONLY one page. It is useful, above all when
Printing because you can check if everything works fine
without printing/preview all your pages...
If all is fine, close the preview Window,
save the Report and
exit:
Please repeat
all steps for the "Cover (96x96 pixels)" report and rename it as you need.
Now it can be useful adding your new Report(s) to the Main Report Menu...
Open the Help File and locate:

Lesson 5: Working with Reports >
Modifying the contents of the Report menuDoes it help ? If you need further help, please just ask !
Have a nice day & take care
