. Vendor's invoice/receipt (I've gone back to Amazon after 3 years to get proof of payment for a discounted upgrade)
. Product's forum (like this one)
. Online Help, FAQs, Knowledge Books, Developer's blog, etc.
. Download page for upgrades, patches, templates, etc. (Think Microsoft Office..)
