Funtionallity of Program|Software

I am looking for a software to "semi-autolog" all of my PLR's, Plugins, MS Word Doc that I receive monthly or when I purchase them of the Internet...

I am not an IT person sooo...

Is this a software |program that can help me??

Any response will be appreciated.

No, you cannot really use SoftCAT for this.
