I need the possibilities to make some fields mandatory, so i remember to fill them out. It should be possible through the form designer and the properties for each fields, to set the mandatoy "condition" there can be Yes/No

If all you need to do is to remind yourself to fill out a field, you could use the form designer to modify the data input screen to offer visual cues as to mandatory fields. For example, you could color the mandatory fields with a different background color or you could make the text label for the fields bold or a different color or add an asterisk after the field.

I have tried that, and it is not working very well.

I have also try to copy all the need fields to on tab, but it is not possible to have the same fields twice on the form on different tab. (eg. copy the field current value to the general tab, but also have it on the orginial location on the Appraisal tab
