Having transferred CATraxx to a new PC the only thing I find hasn't made the transfer successfully is the customised contents of the Sites menu.
Is this data stored anywhere in a format suitable for export/import? Or should I retype it all?

Try "Library -> My Documents -> CATraxx -> SitesMenu.dat" (Directories translated from German to English. Or search for that file - with Your power-machine ist should be a piece of cake to find it on your hard disk)

Just another example of Catraxx's flexibility being too much at times.
Somehow I'd forgotten/lost that file when I moved my data over. It's something you only do once every few years so I'll forgive myself that one little slip.
Finding it on my new PC would have been easy - it's fast and almost empty. Finding the version I'd edited on my old, slow, full, laptop was a different challenge! Everything's OK now.
