Post How to add contents info in BookCAT V6.20 Preview pane?

Hi,

I have been able to make some customizations in BookBrowse.xsl and I think it should be quite simple to add also some of the book contents data at the bottom of the preview pane (one hierarchial listing of contents titles and chapter titles like in the Book window; and then corresponding page numbers following the chapter titles).

Since I'm new to XML and XSL I have not yet been able to figure out how to copy/edit the necessary lines from Contents.xsl to BookBrowse.xsl...

Has anyone already done something like this?

Try this template:

1. Download http://www.fnprg.com/userforum/bookbrowse.zip

2. Open the zip file and unzip BookBrowse.xsl to the \BookCAT\Explorer Templates folder.

The contents data is displayed below the synopsis field.

Fredrik,

Thank you so much again for your quick reply and for the excellent example!

It's now so much easier to do some final fine-tunings of the template file when all the XML/XSL code structures for the contents elements are defined correctly and work as intended...
