I've download new version 10.13 of StampCAT and copy entire License E-mail before I click "Actvate registration key", But it show "Invalid License." "Verify failed"`, I've tested SoftCAT 5.13 too, It's not activated. I don't know why?

I've download "stampcat_jeisen_setup.exe" and run already, But it still "Invalid License". I've tried at many different PC, the result was all the same, I wonder the licence key which I recived was not work. Can you confirm the licence key is really correct?

Yes, the license is ok. Please confirm that you have version 10.13 - dated March 22 (Help=>About).

Do the other reg keys works?

Yes, the new reg key is work for StampCAT.
But the other keys which received in 12th is not work.
Can you send reg key again. Thank you.

I have just sent the other 4 reg keys.

The CATraxx & CATVids is still invalid!
But BookCAT & SoftCAT is OK now.
Is there something wrong in my computer?
I'll try another PC later...

I've tried the new key of CATraxx & CATVids, but it's really invalid licence at another PC!

I believe there was a problem with the company name. The strange thing was the licenses open fine here, except that the company name would not display in the About window (because the required font was not available).

I have now resent the CATraxx & CATVids keys, please try again now!

The CATraxx & CATVids is OK now.
When I fill the registration, the web was in Chinese not in English,so I input my name and company in Chinese intuitively. Then there is a error message displayed which can't identify my name, so I change my name in English, but I don't change company name, I think it's cause this problem.
I think it's better to have a notice on registration page.
