To delete a sort order

1.Choose Sort Orders from the View menu.
 
You see the 'Sort Orders' window.
2.Select the sort order you want to delete.
3.Click the Delete button, and confirm by clicking Yes.
4.Select the new sort order you want to activate.
5.Click the Use button.

To delete the currently active sort order, simply right-click Sort Orders drop-down list and choose Delete Sort Order from the popup menu.
