To create a new list layout

1.Right-click the List Layouts drop-down list, and choose Add List Layout from the popup menu.
 
Note: If you cannot see the drop-down list, choose Lists -> Layouts/Sort Orders/Filters from the View menu.
 
You see the 'New List Layout' window.
 
Note: When creating a new list layout in the Video View, Contents View or Person Lookup View, you must also specify whether you want to create a standard list layout (one record per row, one field per colulmn), or thumbnail list layout (one record/image per cell).
2.In the Title text box, type the name you want to give the layout.
3.From the list on the left, select the fields you want to include in the layout. Each field corresponds to a column.
4.In the 'Column Properties' list to the right, you can modify the properties of a column (for example alignment, font, and color). The displayed properties apply to the currently selected column.
 
Note: Context-sensitive help is available for each property by clicking the ? button.
5.Click the OK button to activate the new layout.

You can adjust the width of a column by dragging the column separator on the title row in the browse list.

You can adjust the row height by dragging the row separator at the far left of the browse list.
