To edit a grouping definition

1.Choose Grouping Definitions from the View menu.
 
You see the 'Grouping Definitions' window.
2.Select the grouping definition you want to edit.
3.Click the Edit button.
 
You see the 'Edit Grouping Definition' window.
4.Make the necessary modifications.
5.Click the OK button to save the changes.
6.In the 'Grouping Definitions' window, click the OK button to save the changes.

To modify the currently active grouping definition, simply right-click the Grouping Definitions drop-down list and choose Edit Grouping Definition from the popup menu.
