After you have downloaded data from the Internet, you may end up with a lookup item you need to split up into multiple items. This is easy, just follow this procedure:
| 1. | Bring up the data entry window for the lookup item you want to edit. |
| 2. | Open the Lookup menu and choose Split  (or simply press Ctrl+P).
You see the 'Split Lookup Item' window. |
| 3. | Specify the separator you want to use when splitting up the text, then click the Split button. |
| 4. | CATVids adds the new lookup values to the list below.
You can now edit the new lookup values before you save the changes to the database. |
| 5. | Click the OK button to save the changes.
CATVids adds the new lookup items to the relevant table, then updates all fields linked to this table. |
