In order to set the field value of several records in one operation, or delete multiple records, you must first select these records in the browse list:
| • | To select consecutive records, click the first record, press and hold down Shift, and then click the last record. |
| • | To select nonconsecutive records, press and hold down Ctrl, and then click each record you want to select. |
| • | To select all records, click in the upper left corner of the grid: |
Here we have selected all countries in the Country lookup table (the first record, "Australia", is the current, or active, record):
