Upgrade policy

Upgrades with the same major version number (for example from v8.0 to v8.10) are free. In addition, all new versions released within 6 months of your registration are free. There will probably be an upgrade fee for a new version with a new major version number (for example an upgrade from v8.3 to v9.0).
