If you have a TWAIN compatible scanner, you can use the new 'Acquire Image from Scanner' function to scan the image directly into CATraxx. Simply click the Acquire Image from Scanner button below the image field:

Before you do this we recommend that select the scanner device you want to use, and specify a maximum vertical image size (400 pixels by default), in the Options window. If the scanned image exceeds this height, the image is scaled down. Scanned images are always saved in the JPEG format.
