You can now customize the roles linked to all role fields (Artist, Author/Publisher, Conductor/Arranger, Studio, Production, and the new Album Credits field). The role lists now behave like a standard lookup table:

In addition, you can now group by and search individual instruments since each instrument is treated as a separate field. For example, you can group by the "Drums and Percussion" field:
