To import data exchange files (dex) |

| 1. | Choose Import / Data Exchange from the File menu. You see the 'Data Exchange Import' window. |
| 2. | Select the folder where the dex files are located. |
| 3. | Select the files you want to import (by default, all files in the folder are selected). |
| 4. | Specify whether you to import cover images or not, and if the images should be saved in the database, or as external files (in that case, you must also specify the folder where the image files should be saved). |
| 5. | Click OK to start the import procedure. When completed, the window is automatically closed. |
