Each person in the Author/Publisher field can be linked to a role.

Author/Publisher Role (Text 50)

The name of the role, for example "Composer" or "Lyricist".

Author/Publisher Role ID (Numeric)

This is an unique ID number that is assigned to each entry in the table.

CDDB Role (Drop-down list)

The CDDB role is used when submitting data to CDDB. You can not edit the contents of this list.

Marked (Yes/No)

This field indicates whether the record is marked or not.

Notes (Memo)

This field is for your own notes.
