Under Windows Vista you can not have your data files located in the "Program Files" folder (unless you run the program "as an administrator").

You need to move all data folders/files from the "C:\Program Files\CATraxx" folder to the "C:\Users\Public\Documents\CATraxx" folder (this is the default data folder where the setup program copies all data files).

Move the following folders and files:

\Data

\Database Templates

\Explorer Templates

\HTML Export

\iPod Export

\Reports

\Search

\Track Templates

Labels.dat

ReportMenu.dat

SitesMenu.dat
