Unrecognized database format

If you suddenly get the 'Unrecognized Database Format' error message for no apparent reason when you try to open your database, the chances are very high the database is actually corrupted.

Possible solutions:

1.	First, see if it helps to reinstall the database engine. You can download the database engine from http://www.fnprg.com/dao/

2.	Then, try to repair the database by choosing Repair Database from the Tools menu.

3.	If that didn't help, send the database file to bigfile@fnprg.com. We may be able to repair the database, and save, if not all, at least some of the data.
