Personal rating images

Version 8 allows you to associate a 'rating image' with each rating. If you have customized the default ratings from version 7 you may have to manually load a rating image into each record in the Personal Rating lookup table:

1.	Activate the Personal Rating lookup view by first choosing Lookup View from the View menu, and then selecting Personal Rating from the lookup tables drop-down list on the toolbar.

2.	Double-click the first record in the list to open the data entry window, and then click the Load button below the Rating Image field to load a rating image into this field.

3.	You see the 'Load Image' window. CATraxx ships with these images:

4.	Select the image you want to use, then click the Open button. Note that you can use any GIF image as long as it is less than 100 x 100 pixels in size.

5.	Repeat steps 2 - 4 for the rest of the ratings.
