When downloading updated information, the program now gives you an option to overwrite existing information (previous versions would only update empty fields). Notice how fields that will not be updated have a grey background (Title, Subtitle, Author, etc.):

Simply check the "Overwrite existing data" box to update all fields. Notice how the background of all fields becomes white (indicating that all fields will be updated):
