Modify table or field properties

1.Choose Database Setup from the Tools menu.
 
You see the 'Database Setup' window.
2.Select the appropriate table from the list on the Tables tab. This is probably most likely either the Book table (selected by default), or the Contents table.
 
Notice how the window title of updated when you select a different table.
3.You modify the table properties in the properties list to the right. (Context sensitive help is available for each property.)
4.To modify the field properties of a field in the selected table, click the Fields tab.
 
You see a list of the fields in the selected table.
5.Select the field you want to update, and modify the desired field properties in the properties list to the right. (Context sensitive help is available for each property.)
6.When you are finished, click the OK button to save the changes and close the window.
