Several hundred of my existing records already have these data entered in the Author field, I am looking for an easy way to transfer them to the credits field.
Follow this procedure to transfer these roles from the Author field to the new Credits field:
| 1. | Backup your database! |
| 2. | Download and run http://www.fnprg.com/bookcat/dl/Author_Credits.exe |
| 3. | Click the Open button and select your database file. |
| 4. | Select the roles you want to transfer. |
| 5. | Click OK, then confirm by clicking Yes. |
